Job Duties:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in an professional manner
  • Coordinate with factories and internal departments on order processing and operational routines
  • Assist in planning and implementation of ad hoc projects


Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma holder in Business Studies or relevant discipline preferred
  • Experience in customer service or sales administration is a must
  • Customer oriented and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS office applications Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent English and Mandarin proficiency
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
